Prohibited Activities

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the ebig5 Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ebig5, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Admission Fees

1. Fee Requirement: ebig5 charge the payment of an admission fee from the executor's revenue once the order is completed. This fee is mandatory and must be paid in full by the executor (hereinafter referred to as "User").

2. Payment Process:

   • the admission fee will be charged from the set price of service from executor during the payout process.

   • The fee amount will be clearly stated, and users must follow the provided instructions to complete the payment.

   • Payment can be made through the accepted methods listed on the payment page. These methods may include credit/debit cards, online payment systems, or other approved payment gateways.

3. Non-Refundable Policy: Admission fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law. Users are encouraged to review the benefits and conditions associated with the admission fee before completing the payment.

4. Fee Updates: ebig5 reserves the right to change the admission fee amount at any time. Changes to the fee will not affect users who have already paid for access under the previous terms. Notification of fee changes will be communicated through the website or via email to existing users.

5. Access Denial for Non-Payment: Failure to pay the required admission fee will result in denial of access to the specified features, services, or areas of the ebig5 website. Users will be notified of any access restrictions resulting from non-payment.

6. User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds are available to cover the admission fee. ebig5 will not be liable for any issues arising from payment failures due to incorrect information or insufficient funds.
